Motorized Awning

RTS 1600 system, one of the motorised awning systems, is a special awning system that can be easily
used in all weather conditions. RTS 1600 motorised awning system is long-lasting and can be used as
a solution in all kinds of places.

RTS 1600 motorised awning system can be used in the outdoor areas of businesses, hotels, cafes and
restaurants as well as in the gardens and terraces of residences in all seasons.
The rail profile on RTS1600 segment, is 100mm x 140mm, which weighs 7850g per meter. It is sturdy
enough to extend up to 10 meters without any support such as additionally mounted steel profiles or
tensioning support of any kind.

The rain gutter/front girder profile is 160mm x 170mm, which weighs 5800g per meter. This profile
collects rain water and drains it through posts as well as add strength to the awning construction.
Grooves on the profile ease the assembly of demounted system.
The front post profile is 125mm x 125mm, which weighs 4350g per meter. Mounted on to the gutter
from below, it drains rain water. Grooves within the posts help the assembly and disassembly of the
system. Posts are designed in such a way they conceal screws.
The fabric tensioning profile on motorized rooftop awning is 1800g. Positioned both at the frontmost
and backmost of the fabric, this profile carries the fabric forwards and backwards, powered by the
maximum tensioning force of the motor and profile’s strength itself. Additionally, a single fabric beam
profile is 1000g. Depending on the project, they are positioned at a certain distance to enhance the
resistance.

The girder is 135mm x 30mm, which weighs 1745g per meter. The size of window reinforcement
profile is 150mm x 50mm, which weighs 2150g per meter and the size of the other window
reinforcement profile is 120mm x 60mm, which weighs 1900g per meter

Motor & Automation

Somfy and Becker motors are used in Automatic Awning Systems and they can be controlled by remote control. You can track your commands from the Hi-Tech digital screen and set your opening and closing time with this remote control. With parallel connection feature you can integrate the system via wireless without central operating system relay. Anti-jam feature automatically stops the system when an obstacle is encountered. This is a security feature for the sake of the system. With high torque (120Nm) lift, system provides maximum streching feature in the fabric. Remote control system has a unique frequency feature (868 Mhz) that prevents any kind of mixing with other frequencies and it has a very simple channel selection and usage interface (r20/17psf).

Becker and Somfy motors provides full automation for wind sensors, sun sensors, radio receivers for dimmers (led light level dimming) and for other automation products..With this optional features your awning could have a full automation.

If the weather is too hot you can open your awning by remote control easily. Whether you wish to turn out or turn on the lights you can control the lightening with your remote control. With your intelligent remote control you will be ready for every kind of weather conditions. In windy, rainy or cloudy weathers, your awning will automatically know what to do. With this features, your system will not take any damages in severe weather conditions.

With B-Tronic tablet everything will be very easy and user friendly. B-Tronic tablet will let you control your awnings, becker automated shutters, becker automated curtains, power sockets with becker receivers and all devices that are KNX based via internet from your smart phone, tablet and laptop.

The fabrics used in awning systems are imported Block Out with 5 years warranty.

System

The system functionality and the physical negativities that may occur in the awning models that produced are covered by a 10-year warranty.

Motor

The engines used in the awning models we produce are covered by a 5-year warranty.

Our RTS 1600 series rail profile dimension is 160 mm X 125 mm.

This profile weight is 7850 gr. per meter.

The raw material of our high alloyed extrusion profile is T5 6063 aluminum.

The rail profile has the strength to be used up to 10 meters without any steel or tension reinforcement.

RTS 1600 RAIN GUTTER PROFILE

RTS 1600 series rain gutter profile dimension is 160mm X 170mm.

This profile weight is 5800 gr per meter.

T5 6063 aluminum is the raw material of our high alloyed extrusion profiles.

This profile collects rainwater and discharges water through the posts attached to the lower part.

In addition, the front girder strength is an element that gives extra strength to the structure.

Channels on the profile provides ease of disassembly application of the system.

RTS 1600 PRE-STRUT PROFILE

Our RTS 1600 series pre-strut dimension is 125mm X 125mm.

This profile weight is 4350 gr per meter.

The raw material of our high alloyed extrusion profile is T5 6063 aluminum.

It is mounted on the channels at the bottom of the rain gutter profile and drains rainwater to the ground level.

The channels inside the strut profile helps to disassemble the system and are also designed to hide the screw density.

RTS 1600 FABRIC & STRETCHING PROFILES

Our RTS 1600 stretching fabric profile weigt is 1800 gr per meter.

This profile is used in the front and rear part of the fabric awning and with the strength of its structure and the power of the motor, stretching fabric profile opens and closes the fabric easily and gives you a maximum stretching feature

Also our fabric profile weight is 1000 gr per meter.

In order to increase the bearing capacity of the system these profiles applied to the structure in specific intervals according to project’s dynamics.
